Blade Runner: The Final Cut coming to Toronto!

A few weeks ago, I aired my righteous indignation over the lack of a Toronto theatrical release for Blade Runner: The Final Cut. I was mad, my readers were mad, and somewhere, somehow, I knew Deckard was super mad. And a replicant.
But, dear readers, I am happy to report that the might Ridley Scott has smiled upon us, and BR: The Final Cut will indeed be coming to a theatre near you. The Regent Theatre at Mt. Pleasant and Davisville, to be precise.
Scott be praised!
And people say true journalism is dead! Clearly this film wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the might of pressure from Nunc Scio and his devoted fanbase!
I thought it was only being released on DVD. Anyhoo is it also being shown across Canada or just in your neighbourhood.

So far as I know, it’s only playing in TO. Better than nothing, but still not great.
