Holy cow, that was close

By now, you’ve probably heard about the Lufthansa flight that nearly crashed in Hamburg due to 150Km/h winds. Now watch the video!

Just to run that back for you:

  1. Plane appears to be flying sideways.
  2. Plane scrapes left wing.
  3. Plane bounces off runway.
  4. Ninja pilots get plane back in the air.

Thanks to the skill of the pilots, the plane was able to land safely the second time around. Whoa.

Jack Nicholson makes creepy Hillary endorsement

Oh, Jack Nicholson. You’re so cool. Except maybe when you make a political endorsement out of clips from your old movies.

Huh. OK, well, here’s a few things I took from that:

  1. Jack Nicholson made some great films.
  2. He’s not above butchering those films for political purposes.
  3. Jack has reeeeeally let himself go.
