Osgoode Hall (on Queen Street) is surrounded by a large iron fence, the purpose of which was to keep out cows. I am proud to report that the grounds have been cow free since 1867. The fence also keeps out terrorists. As evidenced by the fact there have been no terrorist attacks on Osgoode Hall since 1867. As such, fences are important to higher learning. If only Queen's had one when I went there - to keep out the townies (whatever those were). Well,
