I don&#039;t know.  Judging by the conformity of thought I see all over the Internet (even the rage), I&#039;d say the Orwell&#039;s dystopia has more or less come true, in that genuine dissent barely registers.

In fact, this issue is almost a case in point...even Orwell&#039;s warning is no longer understood.</description>

And furthermore, the affected customers were credited and a new copy of &lt;i&gt;1984&lt;/i&gt; has been made available (still waiting on &lt;i&gt;Animal Farm&lt;/i&gt;, apparently). Not saying that makes it OK on Amazon&#039;s part, but hardly the abuse of freedom and rights some people have made it out to be.</description>
