I can barely move my arms to type this words, but I did it. I did 100 push ups. In a row. Without stopping. And I nearly died. I had to repeat week 5 twice, so I guess the program delivered in eight weeks rather than six. But still...I went from 16 reps to 100 in a little less than two months. Not too shabby.
So, take it from me. If, for some reason, you want to do a whole lot of push ups in a row, get on the 100 push up program. It actually works.
